This Plymouth Pilot was the second commissioned and has been a well known boat on the Dart but is in very good condition for her 41 years. She has been cleaned, painted, serviced and anodes replaced and is ready for the new season.
Construction:
Built in 1969 (Only the second boat commissioned) at Wixenford.
GRP Hull, deck and superstructure - oak frames sheathed in fibreglass
Hardwood rubbing strip with rope fender and fitted fenders
Wheel steering
Accommodation:
2 berth forward cabin.
All locker tops removable with storage underneath.
Forward anchor rope locker, 2 small storge cupboards, forward hatch.
Galley area has a 'Sunn Grill' with two burners and a grill.
Wheelhouse offers good all round visibility and control console.
The open aft deck has non slip flooring, two side lockers and a stern locker.
